A majority of the members of our organization participate in FIRST Robotics. The Daniel-Chase Foundation and its core members share the same goals as the founder of FIRST, Dean Kamen, which can be summarized by the following:

What is FIRST Robotics?

FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is an international high school robotics competition where teams of students work together to build and program robots that compete in challenges that change every year. It's more than robots — it's about building life skills, STEM knowledge, and inspiring the next generation of innovators.
